Terms and Conditions

 

Present terms and conditions govern the order in which paid visa support services are granted when an application for Visa Support is filed through BonBusinessVoyage services.

Please read the terms carefully. This is a public offer sent to you from the BonBusinessVoyage LLC. By initiating the application for visa support documents, you agree to the terms of service set forth below.

 

1. Issue of services

1.1. Online visa support services are the property of BonBusinessVoyage LLC, established and operated in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. BonBusinessVoyage LLC undertakes to provide Visa Support that must be submitted 30 days prior to obtain a tourist visa to Russia. This document is not a visa. It does not permit to enter the territory of the Russian Federation and does not guarantee an issuance of visa to Russia.

1.3. BonBusinessVoyage LLC generates a Visa Support in PDF format on the site. At the end of online registration, the link to the document in PDF will be sent to your email address or immediately on the site for further download or printout (this process depending on the type of invitation). In addition, the document will be sent to the email address specified while your registration. If you need a paper copy of Visa Support, please contact the operator of BonBusinessVoyage by contact@bbvoyage.com . You can request the paper copy of the Visa Support to be sent to you by a currier for an additional charge.

1.4. BonBusinessVoyage LLC shall be liable for non-issuance of a visa to Russia. The decision on that matter rests entirely within the jurisdiction of the Russian Consulates. The issue of a visa or visa support document is wholly dependent upon the relevant consulate or responsible foreign government organisation and the decision to issue a visa or visa support document (including the type, validity period, conditions and restrictions) is absolutely at their discretion. BonBusinessVoyage LLC shall be liable for the occurrence of damages or losses suffered in case a visa is denied, or delayed, or other difficulties in gaining entry to or exit from the territory of the Russian Federation.

1.5. BonBusinessVoyage LLC shall be liable in case of insurance events, incidents, crimes against foreign tourists or their property and in case when transport, financial, or other problems associated with the organization of a tours to Russia for a foreign tourist arise.

 

2. Documentation

2.1. You promise that all the documents and information that you provide to us in relation to your requested visa services is accurate, complete and correct. You understand that if you provide inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information or documents that this may delay the service you have requested, may make delivery of the requested services impossible or mean that the consulate may reject your application. We will not be liable for such a delay or rejection.

2.2. To obtain the Visa Support an applicant should provide all the required data, including passport details of each visitor. BonBusinessVoyage LLC shall not be liable for any difficulties you may experience in case you have provided incorrect information.

 

3. Your responsibility

3.1. While we provide information on the various visa types and services available, you are responsible for ensuring that the visa support document that you order from us is suitable for your specific requirements and that you use it for the purpose it is intended and in compliance with the laws of the issuing country. You are responsible for, and shall reimburse us in respect of, all fines, fees and costs, including those applied to us, charged by the authorities in the event that you break migration law. This includes, but is not limited to; deportation, arranging an exit visa and arranging for late registration of your visa.

3.2. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate service processing timescales and delivery options to meet your specific needs and you agree that you will promptly provide all documents, information and payments that are needed to allow us to successfully provide the service to you. You are responsible for clearly identifying the travel dates which you need your visa to cover. We will not accept liability for any visa issued that does not cover your intended travel dates where you have not clearly identified them or have provided conflicting information with your application.

 

4. Our responsibility

4.1. If you are dealing as a consumer, if we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the Contract. If you are dealing as or pursuant to a business we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity; and our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the service fees that you have paid to us. We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other form of liability which we cannot lawfully exclude.

4.2. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An “Event Outside Our Control” means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under the Contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and our obligations under the Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of our services to you, we will, where possible, arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over. We shall use all reasonable endeavors to mitigate the effect of any Event Outside Our Control on the performance of our obligations under the Contract, however, if the Event prevents, hinders or delays our performance of our obligations for a continuous period of more than 20 working days, either party may terminate the Contract by giving written notice to the other party. In any event where we cancel the services we will refund any monies which we have received in respect of our own charges but cannot refund any sums which, as at the time of the cancellation, have already been paid to the relevant consulate or responsible foreign government organization. We will have no other liability to you whatsoever.

 

5. After arriving in the Russian Federation

You must register your visa with the local representative of the Migration Service of the Russian Federation within three working days upon your arrival to Russia. The responsibility of timely registration lies entirely on you or the entity providing your hotel or apartment accommodation. We warn you that you must register your visa as soon as possible after your arrival to the Russian Federation.

If you arrive with a tourist visa and stay at the hotel, the registration is done by hotel staff at the reception. If you stay in a private apartment, the citizen of the Russian Federation who invites you is obliged to register you at the local branches of the Federal Migration Service or at any post office. For registration he will need to present your passport and migration card.

You are responsible for, and shall reimburse us in respect of, all fines, fees and costs, including those applied to us, charged by the authorities in the event that you break migration law. This includes, but is not limited to; deportation, arranging an exit visa and arranging for late registration of your visa.

You expressly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation to hear all disputes arising from the provisions of this Agreement.

 

By agreeing upon this Service Agreement, you consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), use, transfer to the chosen accommodation facility, depersonalization, removal of their personal data: surname, name, patronymic name, e-mail address, telephone number, citizenship. These personal data are requested to provide clients with the services, or to make the response to customer requests. Specified personal data is displayed in the voucher, report sheets and accounting documents. The consent is given by you to implement any actions that are not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation with respect to personal data and also to achieve the goals set in this Service Agreement including: online booking of a selected accommodation facility, to make the sheets and accounting documentation and also to obtain feedback on the quality of the service in the booked accommodation facility.

 

6. Payment

6.1. For corporate users

BonBusinessVoyage LLC will issue an invoice with the invitation orders summary for your company at the end of each month, which you agree to pay within the next week.

6.2. For private users

BonBusinessVoyage LLC will charge a set fee for each Visa Support request against the credit card you specified while filing an application. This amount of fee will be withdrawn from the credit card upon the completion of your request for Visa Support. It is advisable for you to check in advance whether you have sufficient funds to pay the fee on your credit card. The fee is non-refundable.

 

You can print or save a copy of the Agreement at your discretion.

 

If any provision in this Contract is determined to violate the laws of the Russian Federation in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision and everything else in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
